Help and Customer Service Center - Temporary Actions during COVID-19
TEMPORARY SHOWROOM RESTRICTIONS & OTHER ACTIONS TO ASSIST BOATING CUSTOMERS
Per the State of Kentuckiana's Executive Order, Our Showroom is NOW OPEN but RESTRICTED TO 20 CUSTOMERS (50% capacity), in an effort to slow the spread COVID-19 and to protect our team and our guests.
To adhear to this capacity, we ask that you assist us in social distancing. If we are at capacity we will ask you to reamain in your car or on the lot till we have room. We have extra protective masks and gloves available (but not required) for all customers who wish to protect themselves further during your visit to our showroom.
We are following and strictly enforcing the Centers for Disease Control's guidelines and recommendations while continuing to provide the necessary services essential in preparing for the boating season.
Marine Sales Kentuckiana has set up procedures to assure we provide all the required precautions while maintaining a safe distance from each other and our guests.
We can assist you in our showroom, but if you prefer we can also still make shopping available virtually by phone or curbside as such:
Our sales team will determine the best way to host YOUR PRIVATE BOAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE either through text, email, iPhone FaceTime or Droid Google Duo.
Our service team will arrange a dedicated service drop-off and pick-up location, allowing you to utilize service while minimizing your interactions at the dealership.
